Rain at start of event resulted in shuffling things inside, including entertainment

Rent golf carts or find volunteers to shuttle people to Holy City
Distribute a parking map
Talk to surrounding businesses about using parking lots

What would you have liked to see?
Making sure we have a more sensory friendly area
Rain interfered with last year’s area
Have the Bee Hive (Layla) at Holy City finale event

What did you like/dislike about any events you attended?
Michelle- enjoyed the finale event, going around and talking to vendors. Hunter did not enjoy it because it was too overstimulating.
Music/entertainment forced to move inside because of rain
Christine / Cassie- it was very hot at the Summerville celebration because it was outside during the day
Scarce parking in North Charleston during the finale
Ideas
Michelle- can share on neighborhood’s small business owner page / also wants to be a sponsor
Host an event at Public Works?
Cocktail hour mixer, sensory friendly, etc.
